Responsible for financial viability the SVP is also responsible for new program development. The CPO/EVP for Community and Residential Services oversees the following services: Health and Behavioral Health Services and Children’s Health Homes/Care Management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages six subordinate Vice Presidents and Directors. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of program divisions. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and hiring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Identify and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
Competencies, Qualifications, and Experience
Salary Range $160,000 - 175,000 Per Year
