Integrated Treatment Model

The ITM Coordinator provides thought leadership, training, coaching, staff development, and general implementation support for the ITM across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the ITM in JYF residential programs, working closely with residential leadership and other involved departments.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the ITM Developer, ITM Implementation Manager, and ITM Consultant to surface issues and identify emerging needs.
  • Work with Director of Program Performance and ITM QA Specialist to oversee data tracking, collection and dissemination.
  • Coordinate with MST Aftercare directors and supervisors to assure full and timely utilization of aftercare referral services for all eligible youth in the residential program.
  • Ensure that all JYF residential staff are trained in delivery of ITM, including tracking initial and refresher training and arranging and delivering trainings as needed.
  • Provide orientation and training in ITM to collateral community supports as needed.
  • Complete reports for funders, referrers and internal agency needs.
  • Observe staff implementing ITM at all residential sites to provide coaching and feedback.
  • Model use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills with staff and residents.
  • Coordinate and participate in DBT Family Groups.
  • Provide ongoing training to agency staff in DBT skills and other elements of the model (such as token economy, behavioral interventions, Behavior Chain Analysis, Egregious Behavior Protocol, diary cards, etc).
  • Participate as a leader in weekly Community Learning Calls with the ITM Consultant.
  • Attend relevant agency-based and external training.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.
  • Train and supervise 7 Challenges group leaders and clinicians.
  • Psychological assessments.
  • Management of threats of self-harm and suicidal behavior.
  • Safety planning.

Qualifications

● Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field (LMSW/LCSW or equivalent preferred.
● Expertise in the Integrated Treatment Model or Dialiectical Behavioral Therapy.
● Experience working with youth and families in residential settings.
● Experience working within child welfare and/or juvenile justice fields.
● Computer literate
● Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

Salary Range 85k-102k

salary range is base on level of experience.
