Job Summary: As part of the Help Desk Team, the IT Support Technician Level II will provide
exceptional customer service by supporting staff with assistance related to computer systems,
hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer
functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Seeking level II support technician with exceptional customer service skills
• Set up and maintain new and existing equipment including
computers/monitors/telephones/printers, scanners, time clocks, etc.
• Creating tickets and documenting resolutions
• Creating requests into our ticketing system
• Create clear and concise instructions on troubleshooting of issues
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing resolving issues with hardware, software, and computers
• Travel between HUB locations within the four boroughs and throughout satellites sites to
support staff
• Transport equipment between sites
• Supporting the IT department with an array of tasks.
• Other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science
• At least 5 Years Experience in IT
• Customer Service experience
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software (including Windows 10/11, Office 365)
required
• Valid NY State Driver’s License
• Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Travel (if required): Travel between HUB and satellite locations.

 

Salary Rage: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 a year
