About the Program: Jamaica Community Partnership Program organizes local public and private stakeholders; builds their capacity to support and stabilize families; and engages them with the Administration of Children's Services (ACS) and other City agencies through coordinated service referral, community-led programs, community awareness efforts, and informing City policy and practice related to child and family well-being.
About the Role
Manage the operation of the Jamaica Community Partnership to ensure the five main program goals are met: Build Partnerships, Coordinate Service Referral and Utilization, Build Community Capacity and Social Capital, Support Community Knowledge Sharing and Collaborate with City Agencies.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday (some weekends as needed) at Rising Ground’s Jamaica Hub at 91-14 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica NY 11432. Work hour options are flexible 8 hour shifts from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
