The Senior Director of Paths to Succes will serve as the leader, external face and visionary for Rising Grounds comprehensive services for children, youth and school-based services. This role will provide leadership and oversight to Rising Grounds services to youth and school-based programs residing in our Paths to Success portfolio. The Senior Director will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and sustainability of these programs, and managing a team of directors and clinical professionals ensuring the highest quality of services while fostering a culture of trauma informed care and staff well-being. This role will oversee program development, implementation, evaluation, quality assurance and audit processes to ensure excellence and innovation in the delivery of our services to community schools and youth.
The Senior Director will serve a key role in strategic planning to increase the capacity, scope and impact of our work to support the social emotional, academic and overall positive development of youth in our most marginalized communities.
