About the Role
The Residential Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a residential treatment center, ensuring the well-being and treatment of residents, often individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, or behavioral problems. This role involves managing staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment for students, collaborating closely with school teams, and fostering a supportive, therapeutic, and safe living environment. This position works in partnership with designated schools within the special education district, supporting the educational, social, and emotional growth of students who require intensive support in both residential and school settings.

This position is based out of our Yonkers Residential Treatment Center location for adolescents ages 12-21.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position is in a 24/7 program. The RS has a fixed schedule of 1-9pm, while maintaining a flexible and structured schedule that includes regular oversight of daily operations, staff coordination, family communication, and participation in meetings, ensuring that all responsibilities are met efficiently and effectively.
