The Assistant Residence Manager assumes leadership responsibilities includes daily program development, documentation oversight, staff supervision and scheduling, implementation, and facilitation of program model, guiding the youth development and treatment process, and ensuring and facilitating communication between all shifts. Other duties include oversight of physical environment, resource acquisition, and assisting with training of direct care staff.
Supervisory Responsibility:
The Assistant Residence Manager will assume supervisory responsibilities for all assigned staff.
Work Environment:
The Assistant Residence Manager will be based out of their assigned facility. The Assistant Residence Manager will work 5 days per week in person within JYF facilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full time position, 35 hours per week. Daily schedule must reflect a working weekend day (Sat. or Sun.); expected work hours 10AM - 6PM or 11AM-7PM. The Group Leader, Assistant Residence Manager, Residence Manager, and shift supervisors’ management will be available to staff/persons supported 24/7/365. Utilize and model the appropriate techniques and procedures of SCM. Ensure all staff maintain consistent application of trained interventions, procedures, and responses (e.g., behavior support plans use and youth debriefings procedures).
Salary range $65k - $75k
