The Case Planner reports directly to the Director of the SILP (Supervised Independent Living Program). The CP manages all the social service needs and ensures that all ACS requirements are met within mandate timeframes. The CP is also responsible for working collaboratively with all SILP staff to ensure that the daily needs are met, and essential treatment services are delivered to adolescents and their families. The CP is a professional responsible for collaborating with all SILP staff, providing direct services support as part of the daily care for the adolescents in the SILP program. You can also take advantage of other important benefits, including life and accident, disability benefits, the retirement savings plan, and the employee assistance program.   Overview of the Role   The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government.  Working in collaboration with the Federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth in a Basic Shelter program, and the Therapeutic Group home programs located at our licensed residential facility in Yonkers, NY as well as Transitional Foster Care Program and the Long Term Foster Care Program located at our licensed residential facility in Yonkers, NY as well as a Transitional Foster Care program and the Long Term Foster CareProgram located in foster homes in the Bronx, Queens and Westchester. In all programs, we provide therapeutic and educational services and other supports that youth need to achieve success through an array of strength-based and targeted interventions as well as link them with family members and/or other sponsors in the United States so they are able to move forward with their lives and thrive. The Educational Coordinator will oversee education services provided to youth supported by the UAC program.  

The Administrator on Duty (AOD) is responsible for the oversight of the movement, staffing and general supervision on the campus.
